Born in Orange, California and raised by a single mother, Chris Roberts moved to southern Oregon at the age of fourteen. On his own at a very young age, where opportunities were limited, Chris developed a strong drive that came from the daily challenges of growing up with little to nothing. He found himself jumping into things that seemed impossible and made them possible. Throughout Chris’s life, he worked up to three jobs at a time to survive, inspired and determined to work hard for a better life. He realized at an early age that he had a passion for working with people and found his calling in sales and marketing. Through hard work and perseverance, Chris became a young business owner and entrepreneur and is a TEDx Speaker. He is currently CO-Founder and CEO of Sterling Rhino Capital. Chris started his real estate career by renovating, flipping, building, and renting dozens of single-family residences, in addition to running his own property management company that manages his smaller assets. Chris has led Sterling Rhino Capital to acquire and control 1122 units across several assets in Virginia, Georgia, Texas and Denver, Chris also had the honor of serving as a reserve police officer in Lacey, Washington for four years and received multiple service awards for his dedication and time. He is an avid reader, a mentor, a mountain climber, and a scuba diver. Chris is also an Enterprise partner with Feeding America and has feed over 1,000,000 people through that partnership. Chris and his wife, Christina, are equally passionate about working, volunteering, and giving back—most recently working with the Tacoma Rescue Mission. Both devoted animal lovers, their family includes three dogs: Oliver, Bentley, and recently adopted Devo. Chris has been through many challenges and struggles growing up and understands the difficulties that people face. He is thankful for the opportunity to give back and is dedicated to changing lives.
