I’m a Silicon Valley-based entrepreneur, author, and investor. I’m cofounder and partner at Village Global, a $250M+ early stage venture capital firm that invests in startup entrepreneurs. I’m coauthor of the New York Times bestselling management book The Alliance: Managing Talent in the Networked Age (with LinkedIn chairman Reid Hoffman and entrepreneur Chris Yeh). I’m also coauthor of the New York Times bestselling career strategy book The Start-Up of You: Adapt to the Future, Invest in Yourself, and Transform Your Career (with Reid Hoffman).
