Barbara Banda is a Professor of Practice and an educator in leadership and change at Duke CE, RSM Erasmus University and Hult EF Corporate Education. She has over 20 years of experience in educating corporate leaders. Earlier in her career, she worked as a senior executive in global corporates including BASF and Boots. Barbara holds five degrees, including a D.Phil from the University of Oxford where her research focussed on connecting leadership education to the realities of daily life in organizations. She is the founder of the leadership consultancy, BarbaraBandaConsulting, which works with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies.
