Barb Grant is on a mission to share her skills and knowledge in the hope that they can help and inspire others. Her first book was the distillation of her thirty-year proven track record in change management delivery across industries as diverse as telecommunications, energy, financial services and the public sector. The book is a practical, action-prompting take on how to shape organisational change to achieve high adoption and yield meaningful results. Barb has just published her second book, which unpacks her experiences living with long-term chronic pain. The book focuses on practical tools and techniques to help manage pain, brought to life through the author's personal story. Born and raised in New Zealand, Barb studied opera singing in the States and worked as a management consultant in London, UK. She currently lives in the South Island of New Zealand with a dog named Bob, who is a very good boy, three cats who aren't sure about that, a husband, and two kids.
