President and CEO, Imagina, Inc. Studied in the U.S. at the age of 15. Then moved to the UK to studied to become a director. After the time in UK he got involved in directing in Italy. In the mean time, he shifted his focus to the business field, shifting his work from the stage to the corporate world, and was transferred to the investment department, where he took place as manager of the Asia Division. Through these experiences, he felt the importance of the necessity for corporate branding in management, and at the age of 26, founded Imagina Inc. in New York. He adjusted "internal branding," to the Japanese culture which was common in the world. He has already done more than 2,800 companies through his brand consulting services, which covers both outer and inner branding, by combining organizational strategies that foster employee pride with "how to attract" techniques he learned through stage direction. In recent years, he has been promoting employee empathy-based branding, focusing on the development of managers and young employees who form the core of a company, and promoting the global branding of Japanese companies in order to "create a society which investing in human resources is a matter of course.
