Anna Kirtlan is a writer who lives in Aotearoa New Zealand. Her fiction is a mixture of sci-fi, fantasy, horror and humour, often with a nautical bent. Her non-fiction work focuses on mental health advocacy and attempting to sail. Her first book, Which Way is Starboard Again? was published in 2015 by David Bateman Ltd. Her second, Ghost bus - tales from Wellington's dark side is due for release in June 2020.
