I was born and raised in south Jersey. I graduated from College in Banner Elk NC in 2005. After college, I started my journey out to the west coast. I met my love in College. We have had three beautiful babies together, one of which we lost in a tragic accident. We have had to overcome that tragedy and still find beauty in the world, which I must say has been really hard. The simple things in life are what keep me going. Feeding our chickens with my daughter Lila and my son Silas. Watering my plants, which is a job cause we have 200 house plants. Finding a purpose and finding hope in my daily life is why my daughter and I are working on these books together. Knowing that there is something beautiful even through all of our hardships. Even if it is as simple as feeding a rooster. My family is my life. My children are my motivation, and my main source of strength and happiness. Knowing that we are all okay and we are all together is all that matters. We may not be on time, but we got here.
