I would put this book in the same range as “5 love languages” or “men are from Mars and women are from Venus” The same helpful.
This book can help girls understand what they find attractive in different guys and why they are drawn to one type or another.
Would be useful for guys who are interested to know what is going on in girl’s brain, how to attract more attention and what qualities in a men are attractive for girls.
This book is definitely NOT for Alpha males, because Alpha males already think they are “the best” and there is nothing else they can learn (wrong). So, if you think you are an Alpha male - don’t read this book! It would be too much for you to hear advises from a love therapist that you need to love your partner in order to get love in return.
I personally think this book is a MUST read for every men who is interested in improving relationship with existing or future partner.
In the middle of the book you might find that author put too much drama and personal details in the book but If you would continue listening, there are more gems 💎 in the second part of the book.
