Seasons of the Storm

One cold, crisp night, Jack Sommers was faced with a choice – live forever according to the ancient, magical rules of Gaia, or die. Jack chose to live and in exchange he became a Winter – an immortal physical embodiment of the season on Earth. Every year, he must hunt the Season who comes before him. Summer kills Spring. Autumn kills Summer. Winter kills Autumn. And Spring kills Winter. Jack and Fleur, a Winter and a Spring, fall for each other against all odds.

As immortal Seasons, Jack and Fleur wielded powerful magic in their roles as a Winter and a Spring. Yet there wasn’t magic strong enough to keep them apart and they risked everything for their love, for the freedom to live their lives as they choose together. That choice came at a cost and Jack had to sacrifice his Winter magic and his immortality. Although he’d do anything for Fleur, he can’t deny the emptiness he’s felt since.
