Well, here’s the truth: you can’t do it alone. Today we’re chatting with our dear friend Paula Harris, as we uncover the lie that the enemy whispers in our ear over and over and over again – you’re not enough. With Jesus, we are fully equipped to do whatever the Lord calls us to. We get to walk in freedom, knowing that we may not have the answers or the plan for how it will happen, but we have a relationship with the creator, who literally made us for the work he calls us to.

What was supposed to be a sneak peek into podcasting and what it looks like for us, we ended up chatting about the attacks of the enemy, the importance of encouragement, and a few other rabbit trails sprinkled in there too. And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.

Welcome back To the Table. Jenna & I are back to continue the conversation from last week. If you’re triggered by the title, so sorry 🙃 Saying “no” can be so tricky. We like to hold onto the control that “yes” gives us. But, if you’re anything like me, you know how hard it is to do something that you should have said “no” to. It’s weighty, burdensome, and exhausting. If the Lord has called you to it, he’ll give you exactly what you need to accomplish it. We can walk in freedom because the Holy Spirit lives within us, equipping us “with everything good that [we] may do his will” (Heb. 13:21).
