I found these three things that made sense to me about how I can keep getting better. The Mindfulness Meditation Institute (@TrainingMindful) reminds all of us that “Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.” The first thing that got my attention is that all three of these are things that I know I can work on and to keep looking to improve. When that happens, I know that the people that I love and care about, will get my best version of myself - which in turn will help them in different ways.
