Jay remainsdedicated to servant leadership and has pivoted from dismantling improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in combat todismantling stress in peoples’ lives. He advances the lives of others with a proven track record of decisively leading teams to deliver results in high-pressure and sometimes, quite literally, highly explosive environments. Jay brings acalm, friendly demeanor, expert communication skills, and sound judgment to volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous situations. It doesn’t matter if these conditions exist at home or in the workplace. For the past five years HMG had a coffee blend called Heroes United.    When he saw an opportunity to leverage these products as a way to give back, he took that opportunity to launch an entirely new business venture. HMG Beverage LLC launched in November 2020, the week of Thanksgiving.
