I am nor a physical trainer, I don't know what's best for my body when I am lifting. I have also found this out.. If I am around others, my competitiveness and commitment is a lot stronger and I get way more out of my work out's.

This has led me to going to the Monument Health Sports Performance Institute powered by EXOS. I have been going for almost a year, and it has changed my life. Now if someone mentioned, "let's go for a hike". I don't try and hide. haha

Honestly this is not like your normal gym, I mean it can be. You can come work out on next level equipment for sure. But if you are an athlete looking to get to the next level, or a professional who can't find the time, or maybe a professional couch potato that just needs to change your life, This is the place for you!

My wife and I have had some struggles but that's probably stronger of a word then it has been. I guess it feels easy when you are with the person you love, or at least it's easy for me to say that because of how amazing y wife is.

But my wife has battled more things then normal. We have a healthy amazing beautiful daughter now, but to get here was not easy. I am sure there has been people with harder and more difficult path's but this was our path and we made the best of it. Thank to the help of our family, loved ones and co-workers.

If you have addiction or depression issues at all, you are not alone and you can make it back no matter what. I promise, you just have to try.
