    This week we started with discussion around the Ironman Men's World Championships in Kona, and how exciting of a race it was. We did some triathlon and fueling themed "This or That", and then discussed your listener submitted questions. This week, we talked about:

    • Training in/for adverse weather conditions

    • Reducing cost and waste by willingly declining race swag
