    This week, in Cape St Claire, Maryland, a couple tries to build a family, by adopting children, who come from rough beginnings, but when they are brutally killed, in their own home, the suspicion falls on the adopted teenage sons. Was it the one who they kicked out of the house, for being combative? Or, was it the quiet one, who never talked back? A truly bizarre & awful killing, that unfolds into a very, very strange story!


    Along the way, we find out that everybody loves strawberries, that when you adopt kids, it's not like the trial period for a streaming app, and that you truly can't tell a book by its cover!!

    This week, in Carmel, Indiana, a custody battle between exes turns dangerous, when one starts asking around, about any hitmen that can help out. When none seem to be available, the whole thing turns into a ridiculous comedy of of errors, involving the killer's children, and other exes, before this person finally succeeds with the murder, using some of the strangest weapons that we've heard of... oatmeal, a neck tie, and fentanyl.


    Along the way, we find out that Greeks use unmelting cheese, that you usually don't reheat oatmeal, and that you shouldn't try to enlist everyone you've ever met, in your murder plot!!

Just a great podcast.

SHUT UP AND GIVE ME TURKEY



50g leftover stuffing

2 leftover pigs in blankets, halved lengthways

2 thick slices leftover roast turkey (about 100g)

50ml leftover gravy

3 thick slices bloomer bread

1 tsp sunflower oil

25g mayonnaise

15g salted butter, softened

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp cranberry sauce

2 tbsp leftover boiled or braised red cabbage, drained if needed (or use pickled red cabbage)
