Excellent guide for living

This series contains a wealth of valuable information on what to eat and what to avoid. It's the sort of thing that adults should know about and teenagers should be taught in school. Brilliantly presented too

I've learned so much about what we eat !!

Really interesting a lot of information but it's broken down to bite sized chunks 🤔 and explained well .
I'm off to buy buckets of Extra Virgin Olive oil 🫒.

Expert knowledge expertly presented

Expert scientific knowledge provided in an easily digestible manner. Yes, at times I got a bit overwhelmed by the details, but then the summary of each chapter helped to highlight the key points and the last chapter iterated the key points again. It was wonderful to listen to dietary information where the difference between and scientific fact and hypothesis was made so clear. I will definitely seek out other writings of Dr McMillan.

I also appreciated the practical tips and recommendations that the host shared. I found this episode to be very helpful and inspiring, as it motivated me to make some changes in my diet to support my brain health. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is interested in learning more about how food affects our mind.
