They also spread rumors about the case itself, distracting investigators from actual leads. The most unfortunate part of it all was that little to none of the articles or media covering the case focused on remembering JonBenét. This innocent young girl lost her life, and all people want to hear about is the gore and outlandish theories. This podcast aims to change that narrative and remind people to monitor their media consumption, especially regarding cases that have real victims who deserve respect, just like JonBenét.
