Join Serena and Sarah Jane in this passionate and dramatic episode of our Bridgerton book series breakdown, as we dive into On the Way to the Wedding, the thrilling and romantic conclusion to Julia Quinn's beloved series. This time, it's Gregory Bridgerton's turn to find love — and it seems to be just as easy as the rest of his life so far.

With a compelling love triangle, a forced marriage, and secrets that could ruin everything, Gregory and his bride, Lucy, find themselves caught in a whirlwind friends to lovers romance. But the question remains: will Gregory burn for his new wife, or will the weight of secrets and societal expectations tear them apart?

Welcome! Join Serena and Sarah Jane as they go waaaay back in time reading the prehistoric epic, Clan of the Cave Bear. Our friends absolutely adored and highly recommended this book. While we might have been bogged down by the overwhelming amount of detailed descriptions and also struggled to remove our 2024 glasses for this one, we can see how this novel is beloved by so many readers. Despite the fact that this might not have been our favourite read, we can't help but rave about the compelling characters who breathed life into the ancient world, especially the enigmatic gaslighting death curse that added an unexpected twist to the narrative.

We would highly recommend looking up the trigger/content warnings for this book before reading or listening to this episode.
