  • Episode #6 - Shauna Hawkes Is Here Everyone Listen Up, This is No Ordinary Human Being
    Jun 23 2025

Welcome Everyone To Season 1 - Episode #6

Shauna Hawkes, spent roughly 2 Hours together, thankfully, this morning with me, due to the time difference between Australia & Ontario, Canada…We scheduled it and made it work but we truly enjoyed ourselves and I can honestly say I felt as though I had been talking to Shauna all my life and certainly not a couple of hours, I am so happy you get to hear about her beautiful journey of love, peace, joy, & most importantly happiness and a the best understanding of her journey is now and she hasn’t wasted a moment in transitioning into her new journey and Life so please join us on our 2 hour journey of understanding one another and sharing how we felt during several moments in our lives. In comparison to me she’s a saint but I am moving in the similar direction I pray for it and I visualize it every day my heart keeps beating. The biggest AHA Moment I had during this episode of the podcast is you simply can control what happens next, simply put, for me is to push until you cannot push any longer and then ask for help if you need it along the way. That’s where Shauna can come into and help you figure out the path you’ve chosen and are you going in the right direction in order to feel whole again.

Shauna Hawkes is a radiant force of healing, transformation, and compassion. With a soul deeply rooted in service, her journey through the field of social work spans some of the most challenging and profound human experiences—ranging from the confines of maximum-security male prisons to the tender, fragile worlds of teenage pregnancy centers, addiction recovery programs, and high-level therapeutic group homes. In every setting, Shauna brought not only her expertise but her unwavering heart.

Her work is far more than professional—it is spiritual, intuitive, and profoundly human. Certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Matrix Reimprinting, and holding the title of a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Shauna seamlessly weaves these powerful healing modalities into a deeply holistic approach. Through her guidance, individuals don’t just find balance—they rediscover themselves, their worth, and their light.

Shauna is also a gifted psychic and an inspired practitioner of the Gene Keys, a system that uncovers one’s divine blueprint and higher purpose. Her intuitive insight and spiritual wisdom open portals for others to walk bravely into their own transformation. Whether in a private session or amidst the energy of one of her transformative yoga retreats, Shauna creates sacred spaces where people feel seen, safe, and profoundly supported.

At the core of Shauna’s mission is a fierce dedication to guiding others home—to their truth, to their peace, and to the untapped strength within. Her presence is a sanctuary, her voice a balm, and her work a bridge between pain and possibility.

Through every offering, whether it be on the mat, in a circle, or through the lens of soul wisdom, Shauna walks beside those ready to reclaim their story with courage and heart. She is not just a teacher—she is a mirror, a mystic, and a loving guide into the magic of self-discovery.

  • Episode #5 - Jordan Ryan Molina, Co-founder of The Social Tiger (LinkedIn Organic Marketing Expert)
    Jun 14 2025

    Wednesday, June 11th, 2025 | 5:00 p.m. EST Zone

Season 1-Episode #5, Podcast Guest – Jordan Ryan Molina, Co-founder of The Social Tiger (LinkedIn Organic Marketing Expert)

    https://www.linkedin.com/in/strategy-growth-coach

Meet Jordan – The Guy Who Turned a Speech Impediment into a Sales Superpower. From the rainy streets of Vancouver to the sunny beaches of Mexico, Jordan’s journey hasn’t exactly been a straight line—but it’s been one hell of a ride. Growing up with a speech impediment, the odds weren’t stacked in his favour to become a communication powerhouse. But Jordan had other plans (and a wicked sense of humour to match).

Fast-forward 21 years, and he’s not just “good at sales”—he’s racked up over $12 million in lifetime sales across companies big and small. Now, he’s traded cold calls for ocean views and runs a thriving business right from LinkedIn. Jordan teaches professionals how to use LinkedIn to actually sell—not just collect likes from their high school gym teacher.

He offers coaching, as well as “LinkedIn Done-For-You” services for business owners who want results without spending hours figuring out what a “personal brand” even is.

Authentic, experienced, and just the right amount of sarcastic—Jordan helps people stop pitching and start connecting. Because let’s be honest, no one likes a cold pitch… except maybe in a margarita.

  • Podcast Guest #4 – Roberto Cansella, Movement Specialist, Master Health Coach, Lifestyle Coach, and Personal Trainer - Wednesday, June 4th, 2025 | 5:00 p.m. EST
    Jun 4 2025

    Season One - Podcast Guest #4, Roberto Cansella, Wednesday, June 4th, 2025 | 5:00 p.m. EST Zone

    www.thelunchroomnews.ca/adams-weekly-wed-podcast

Wednesday, June 4th, 2025 guest, Roberto Cansella, is a shining example of resilience, transformation, and purpose.

Roberto’s journey began in a quiet, humble town in Sardinia, Italy, where he grew up surrounded by simple beauty, close community, and the deep rhythms of nature. But at just 14 years old, his world was forever changed when he lost his father to cardiac arrest. That loss became the first crack in the shell of his childhood, a wound that would later open into profound personal discovery.

Over the years, Roberto walked a path marked by three pivotal breakthroughs, moments that challenged him, changed him, and ultimately awakened him to a greater sense of purpose. Through these experiences, he not only found healing, but also unearthed a deep desire to help others thrive in body, mind, and spirit.

A former boxer, Roberto carries the heart of a fighter, but not in the way we typically imagine. His strength is matched by compassion, discipline by empathy, and grit by grace. His evolution from the boxing ring to the healing space led him to become a movement specialist, master health coach, lifestyle coach, and personal trainer. Today, he empowers others not just to move their bodies, but to move toward lives that feel more whole, meaningful, and vibrant.

Now living and working in Dublin, Ireland, Roberto has found a place where his talents flourish and his heart feels at home. He’s built a beautiful life in a new land, one where joy, passion, and purpose are part of his every day.

Roberto’s story is one of transformation, not just of body, but of soul. It’s a story of loss becoming light, of pain becoming power, and of a young boy from Sardinia becoming a man who helps others rediscover their strength.

You won’t want to miss this heartfelt conversation filled with insight, courage, and inspiration.
