I tried, but hurt to listen....

Hard work to listen to. Loud, squawky with terrible attempts at other accents, distracting from content which wasnt up to much either - I tried to persevere but couldn't get past 2nd episode. Don't waste your time.

Introduction was too much

20 minutes and I'd heard enough about fried eggs and the silly accents were too much and just forced me to press stop.

Awful

The different accents are really off-putting and she confesses she has never read a book in her life. I couldn't listen any further than section 2. it may get better.

Crazy, irreverent & hilarious, just like Julia!

I first stumbled across Julia Morris when seeing clips of I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here Australia and immediately fell in love with her! She is effortlessly funny, self deprecating and quite frankly bat s!#t crazy.

And the book/audiobook is as funny as the woman herself. She speaks candidly about trying to be a wife, mother and celebrity, with many hilarious anecdotes and stories she encounters whilst doing so. She is unafraid to make light of odd & bizarre situations she has found herself in, calling out other celebrities she has encountered (such as the Tom Cruise Minority Report Premier incident) and the fact she has of yet, not won elusive Gold Logie (which is long overdue in my opinion).

Full of Julia-ism’s, jokes about her long suffering husband with comical self help tips along the way, this book will make you laugh, cry (with laughter) and give you an insight into the mindset of one of the funniest women on TV.
