  • 28. Work To Live, Not Live To Work: Expanding Your Thinking
    Nov 19 2024

What is your hobby? What is something that you enjoy doing? "What is your why?" Do you have a hobby or joy in life that you work so hard to be able to do? Did you get so caught up hustling that you forgot to enjoy life and just started chasing the money?

Yezi and Amber both figured out traveling away from home (even if it's just down the street) is their hobby. Traveling and eating the food! When in Rome!

Learning other cultures can be life changing! It can teach you how to let go of control, how to adapt to change better, to embrace changes in life, and ultimately takes you out of your comfort zone!

  • 27. Letting Go Of Control And Reflecting On Life
    Nov 13 2024

Have you been going through the rollercoaster of life? Often times we are just going with the flow and hanging in there... and doing a damn good job at that let me add! But, we tend to forget what we learned, or maybe not even notice a lesson because we are so caught up getting to the next thing on our never ending list.

Amber and Yezi start their true debriefing of their birthday vacations and reflect what trials they faced and how they handled them to keep the good times rolling! Le Bon Temps Rouler as they would say in Louisianna! First step, is letting go of control. Second step is to reflect on how you got through it, how it made you feel, what would you have done differently- if anything.

    Oct 1 2024

Grief: Elisabeth Kubler-Ross put it nicely in 5 stages...

Denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.

They can be applied to many different versions of grief and loss... and they DO NOT go in a specific order every time... and YES, they can repeat.. Please share, like and subscribe to our ramblecast!
