Today I interviewed Robert Liu, former mechanical engineer from the University of Texas Austin, now youth pastor. Everyday, he faces the ongoing conflicts between the materialistic nature of Asian culture, and the eternal, and spiritual nature of Christianity. I would say I am not the most holy Christian, but I firmly believe the church needs to be open to criticism and doubt for the sake of a healthy growth towards salvation.
