Whether it was going to the arcade to pump quarters into their favorite game, or sitting for hours on end in front of the TV playing their favorite console, video games have ingratiated themselves into the fabric of our society over the last 30-plus years. However, we ALSO know that there’s always been debate and discussion about the EFFECT that video games have on young people, and it can’t be denied that they do have detrimental aspects and elements to it. The violence, negative images and overall debauchery associated with many video games have made them a target for heavy criticism and sometimes even being banned….and some of that has been warranted and necessary. BUT…. what if there were video games and online comics and related videos which promoted GODLY sensibilities to young people? What kind of LONG-TERM EFFECT would it have upon the youth of today if they had access to BIBLE-BASED GAMES in the SAME WAY that they have access to games which promote murder and mayhem? Fortunately there’s ALREADY a company hard at work to ANSWER those questions and set to REDEFINE what it means to be a video game and online content company…one that’s steeped in the LORD and not the WORLD.
