Excellent illuminating exploration

Inspiring to hear Esther’s work. Parents heartbroken and confused about how to help their daughter (adopted) - to hear them go from ‘we have to make her better’ to ‘oooooh this is how she must have felt all these years’ and them then seeing what they could do that would actually help ♥️👌🏽

So often we don’t even realise we are hiding an issue, we think we are trying to help and yet we make it worse. This is such an awful feeling situation to be in. If you’re in or have ever been in this kind of situation, you may just love and find this episode so incredibly useful and some kind of relief. ♥️
