EP.223 - JESSICA KNAPPETT

  • Summary

  • Adam talks with British actor, comedian, and writer Jessica Knappett about the challenges of making a good sitcom, how the stress of filming a pilot for American TV made one of Jessica's internal organs explode, what Ilkla Moor Baht'At really means, weird vocal noises, and how the world can be fixed with balls of energy and love.

This conversation was recorded face-to-face in London on 1st February 2024.

Wonderful conversation

As Adam kindly acknowledges at the end, there are a lot of podcasts to choose from and he thanks his listeners for choosing his. This is the sort of thing he does. He's thoughtful, funny and authentic. All qualities that make his pod stand out from the crowd. He drew from Jess so many insights into her as a person and performer. I like and appreciate her even more than I did before. They had a great chemistry and were so funny. This my favourite pod.
