    Today we speak with architect Kurt Neiswender of Urban Colab Architecture about the challenges and the opportunities of developing projects within Flint, MI. Flint is a city which has been suffering from depopulation and deindustrialization for a long time. The city has taken measures to implement new masterplanning strategies and a new zoning ordinance to reflect the current needs of its population as well as work towards improving the city. This brings on even more challenges and Kurt shares the current state of the cities zoning ordinance.
