With support from: St Lucifer Manchester based black metal gay disco. "Cheeky with a touch of snark with rebel throughout the rhythm, ['Disgraceland'] is an album you can’t not listen to yet can’t guess how the next song will go. Brilliance in the songwriting with a crafty ‘fuck you’ dabbled in random places place this album at the beginning of our best of list." (Jammerzine)
GnomeFoam (Bradford) Ecletic. Electronic. Excess. "The Internet features a lot of artists who offer their music for free, but let’s face it: most of them are not worth your time. Gnomefoam is a laudable exception, and everyone you can imagine to like music that has a lo-fi charm combined with the experimentalism of a Max Tundra, plus a dose of over-caffeinated Why? You must check out Gnomefoam’s latest stroke of genius. There is no way you are going to regret it!" (www.disagreement.net)
DOBERWOMAN (Leeds) Electro riot grrl: feminist punk for the digital age. "Sharp and sublime...brilliant songwriting, amazing voice and wonderful stage presence combined with very relevant statements about our time" (Night Shift Goth Events) "Absolutely terrifying, but in a really good way" (Professor Elemental) "This is music that NEEDS to be heard" (Comic Sans Band)
And your host (and first performer for the evening's entertainment) A short Dark Stranger (Leeds) Poetic, pumping power pop performed with passion. "The sound of a man trying to start an impromptu party at an open mic with the aid of his keyboard, a belly full of wine and a sheet of incisive lyrics. It’s the kind of joyous, opinion splitting madness that could only have come from the ever-fertile music scene in LS6." (Andy Brown, Louder Than War magazine) "A short Dark Stranger - if you went to Butlins in Twin Peaks..." (Still Forever)

contrail: Leeds-based contrail are your dad’s new favorite band—delivering a dynamic mix of melancholic introspection and chaotic energy. The five-piece alt-rock outfit will sweep you away with their wispy vocals, blazing saxophones, and crushing guitars. Contrail’s deeply personal lyrics explore relationships, mental health, and grief, touching on the existential dread of modern life. Drawing inspiration from 90s legends like Radiohead, Elliott Smith, and American Football, as well as modern alt-heroes Title Fight and Alex G, Contrail’s sound is as thought-provoking as it is emotionally charged.
Welfare State: Joining the bill are Welfare State, a Leeds based Post-Punk five piece with wider influences of Shoegaze. The band, new to the scene, are already a mainstay and have established a strong following.
Dan Gifford
Finally we have Dan Gifford: Fusing the songwriting influence of Neil Young, Elliot Smith and Nick Drake with the guitars of Nirvana.
Any fans of Wunderhorse or Fontaines DC will fit right in. Dandelion is a symbol of hope with lyrics to match.
