really very good, even for a time worn self help addict. there's a reason we keep going back to this kind of book and Dr Ray addresses some key issues we face very very well

Loved this!!! Helps to get compassion to yourself, appreciation your efforts . Prevents frustration, supports your moving forward. Written with great love and wish to help. Very positive and stimulating. Contains a lot of motivation.

really helpful. great listen

really helped me with my motivation and got me going every morning. showed me that I dont fail and I can start anytime. no more my diets starts monday or my exercise plan starts monday. it starts now!

Sounds Good!

This Podcast which I was listening to sounded really Interesting. Dr Rebecca Ray started asking questions, so I uploaded it til a much better time. It sounds like a really helpful self help book and I think it will help me alot. She has a good narration voice as well.
