After four and a half brilliant years of recording this show together, we have decided to hit pause on 115 Miles.

It's been the most incredible journey for us - we've learnt, grown, argued, but most of all, had so many laughs together.

Along the way, we found some of you to join us - dedicated listeners & members of our 115 miles community. We know that some of you have truly appreciated the openness, curiosity and vulnerability that we'd often bring to difficult subjects.

We're grateful to our friends who have joined us on the show, helping to elevate our conversations with new perspectives.

This is definitely not the end of Josh & Has - it's just a pause whilst we focus on some big things in our lives respectively. Watch this space!

For now, a deep and heartfelt thanks to everyone for listening...it's been a heck of a ride.

We're pulling one of our most popular ones from the archive this week. We recorded it way back in March last year.

It's about being mates. And it's poignant because we need our mates more than ever these days.

Apparently, the average friendship lasts 17 years. We dig into:

One of the realest, most raw conversations that we have ever had about our friendship.

With the recent race riots occurring in the UK, we track back a little further to what began with an innocuous Whatsapp message from Josh to Has that led to an heated conversation about race between us. Within that, as ever between us, the conversation led to insight and better understanding of each other.

And this has led Josh to some heartfelt commitments around his privilege, community and role he wants to play in being an ally. It has also led to insights for Has about what he wants to do also.

We dig into all of this and the wider reflections on what's been happening in the UK around the race riots.
