Great guide for modern life

A lot of information packed in to a relatively short book.

I will be listening to it again.

I loved it.

Interesting book - weird narration - is it a robot?

This was like a machine/bot reading. Couldn’t continue as it was like listening to an automated machine - stilted, weird intonation, broken up.

Joyous debut.

Wonderful novel from start to finish. It pays hommage to greats such as The Fog, The Mist yet weaves it's own delightful tale which keeps you gripped till the very end. Thoroughly recommended.

A great tool for self improvement

It's quite good to listen and is broken down into parts making it easy to digest, as this book require some pauses in order to reflect and assimilate with our own lives in order to figure out how to apply to our routine.

The ‘zen’ way to nothingness…

EN: I find it really funny how things I’ve been practising for years are here considered ‘zen habits’. This is not a bad lecture, but the same concepts have been mentioned before by other authors and actually repeated a couple of times across this book. Everyone should consider this as the sort of self help book/audiobook that keeps reminding you from time how optimise your work, how to maintain a good hygiene, eat healthy and declutter your home. I particularly liked his views on minimalism and compassion and the solution he found for combating consumerism by writing down all items before buying them.

Fantastic tips

Jam packed with helpful advice, I just wish the narrator didn’t sound like a computer voice.

A bit repetitive

The book goes in circles a lot. I found it easy to distract from it.
