If you, like many others, think the most qualified individuals will succeed in a workplace, this book will prove you wrong. Tap into your EQ

People underestimate the power of EQ. EQ can provide you with much stability in your personal and work life. I come from a family of worriers, and I never wanted to be that way. I have taken a much different approach to things. I have worked on my emotional intelligence for years to provide myself with the stability to control my worries and fears. I find myself to be a pretty confident person, and I can approach situations methodically. Even though I have actively worked on my EQ for years, I still learned much from this book. This book is more up-to-date with what's happening in today's world, how to overcome it, gain control over your thoughts, and approach situations to remain planted with two feet on the ground. This book was very enjoyable, and I wish they taught more about EQ in high school. If students could be taught this information and how to apply it in real life, it would help them with going to college, getting a job, knowing how to plan for their future, and so much more. Great job to this author for a powerful book.
