Interesting
It wasn’t mentioned if any of the plans could be achieved as a vegetarian so I’m assuming they can’t. It was still interesting with a lot of useful advice & information.

Truth.
If more people adopted the mindfulness displayed in this book the world would simply be a better place.

Really good motivation
Really good motivation and information about why you should try a new way of eating, he's convinced me... Only critisims I have is at times it does feel like he's waffling a bit and sometimes I zoned out to some of the biochemistry stuff but went back and listened a second time and it made more sense. Another slightly irritating thing is that the pdf doesn't have the meal plans in just the recipes so if you want to follow the exact meal plan you have to write it down yourself. The last 2 criticisms about the way of eating it self 1 I think I'm going to struggle with breakfast food as I struggle for time in the mornings and don't like the idea of non-breakfast like food for breakfast and 2 it's not suitable for vegetarians that doesn't bother me as I'm not a vegi but if you are this might not be the right book for you

Excellent and timely
Grabbing this on audible and listening through guided me to having my blood pressure and fasting blood glucose checked only to find that I was both prehypertensive and prediabetic.
I immediately put the anchors on my wayward feeding and employed the principles in the book.
Now I am within normal Western healthy levels.
Without this intervention I most likely would have delayed paying attention to the slightly blurry vision and bouts of fatigue I was intermittently experiencing.
A huge thanks to Robb for all his work and for Kaleo in presenting this work in an engaging way.

I was expecting more!
I have listened to podcasts with the author and found them as informative. There is a lot of the book based on everything other than what someone needs to do. On the whole okay.
