About this listen
"What the heck is my partner thinking?" is a common refrain in romantic relationships and with good reason. Every person is wired for love differently, with different habits, needs, and reactions to conflict. The good news is that most people's minds work in predictable ways and respond well to security, attachment, and rituals, making it possible to actually neurologically prime the brain for greater love and fewer conflicts.
Wired for Love is an innovative guide to understanding your partner's brain and enjoying a romantic relationship built on love and trust. Synthesizing research findings drawn from neuroscience, attachment theory, and emotion regulation, this audiobook presents 10 guiding principles that can improve any relationship.

Best couples support book we’ve read
My partner and I become aware of our attachment styles and began researching attachment styles and how to navigate each other’s seemingly opposing needs. We read attached which wasn’t bad, but when my partner found this one we both really connected to it more and the way in which it talks about connecting and gives exercises to try to help create our “couple bubble”. We really liked this book and got a lot from it.

It changed how I relate romantically and socially.
This book is the best out of dozens of books on relationships I have read in my life. I recommend it to any and every couple out there. Regardless of gender.

The best so far
Hoping to put it into practice, if my marriage doesn't improve it's because I did not do as I was told. Explained everything clearly and gave good case studies.

Important information but not pleasurable to listen through
This book felt like homework and was so incredibly dull. Which is weird for me, because personal growth, and particularly relationship work and growth is a core value for me. This book felt elementary, good for some totally new to this work. The examples provided of some arguments between couples sometimes provided some insights, but mostly just highlighted how toxic some people are with each other, and reminded me about how I used to be years ago.
I’m looking for deeper work in this field, this wasn’t it but I got myself to sit through every long hour of it.

Attached is better
I was really looking forward to this book as I'd heard so many rave reviews. However I found the heavy use of jargon un-necessary and the dialogues/examples banal and cheesy. If you are interested in the subject of attachment theory I would recommend Attached over this book.
