transformational
I loved this audiobook and will come back to it time and time again. It uses wind energy as a frame of reference to understand and reflect on different aspects of your life. It also has practical exercises to help facilitate change. Teaches how to be fully present in the moment and let go of what no longer serves.

A soulful listening experience
I also follow Renee Baribeau alongside Sandra Ingerman on The Shamans Cave, two very knowledgeable wise women and Renee and her team in The Wind Clan and I have taken Renee's Wind Apprenticeship course. I just love using the magical and mysterious ancient knowledge of Wind Knots.
Her book 'Winds of Spirit' is full of information on how to embody waking up to your soul and waking up to your sweet spot spiritual magnetic north. As Renee puts it: ''When you connect with your true inner self, your spiritual magnetic north, by viewing the world from the perspective of this sweet spot you will safely navigate your way through life and never get lost.''

Stirring winds to the doldrums and back again!
Loved it! An in depth, comprehensive manual. Ą bible for wind work. I'm honoured to become a member of the wind clan through this book and Renee's practical shaman link with Sandra Ingerman both are true masters ahead of their time. Thank you for this wonderful book. I have my wind whistle ready to lend a hand if called. In love and gratitude.

A Wonderful Book Written for Our Times
It's dawning on many of us just how dependent or interdependent we are on the forces that create, preserve and destroy all life on our precious planet.
This book is a valuable contribution to understanding one of the most important forces that enables life in all its forms. Renee has written a book founded on solid research, woven with age old myth, wisdom, poetry and science to explain the potency of air and wind. It's completely fascinating, will fill you with wonder and offer much practical wisdom and guidance too.

This book is a must read
I mostly buy audio books and read them in my car on my way to work. I was so excited to see that Renee Baribeaus book The wind of spirit was out on Audible. Of course I bought it right away. I have been following this hard working lady for years on The shamans cave.
I must say, I wasnt dissapointed. The book was packed full of wisdom. Renees book takes you all over the world teaching us the lessons of the Wind spirits. She unites indigenous cultures with the differnt wind gods and what they can help us with in our dayly lives. I really enjoyed this book and can recommend it to not only peolple studying shamanism. But to anyone whe is trying to find a way to live a less stressful life. Iv allready listened to it twice. Thank you Renee. Im greatful.

poetic and informative
....listening to Winds of spirit ,
It has many facets, I have learnt alot from winds of Spirit .It has opened my eyes to seeing whats real that was unfamiliar to me before .
And learning new information about the roots and origins .
It pushes you align yourself and be focused to
where your attention lies at every given moment .
