Narration
Loved the content. Beautiful ideas. The narration did let it down, it was pretty monotone and I struggled to connect the wonderful message of the book with the boring teacher voice of the narrator. I could sense that the narrator was just reading text and not feeling/understanding/believing in the spirituality. Each to their own, but this book deserved a more connected narrator, I feel.

best of kind
Good info. Good narrator. Will purchase hard copy. Not written for teenagers. Not based on Wicca like so many other books.

Wondrous
Finally! I love learning about pre-christian traditions and history! Cultivating and expanding on a love for the earth and nurturing wonder in just being has resonated throughout my life, even before I had words to describe why.
In this book, the narrator enunciates words in many different Celtic tongues. The topics cover all of the elements and how to live in balance with them. It encourages respect of all traditions, people, and places.
I will probably listen to this again and again and maybe get a hard copy for reference. I’m so glad this book exists!

Wonderful content but a little sleepy
I enjoyed the book and while the narrarator's voice is pleasant, her tone is unwavering and a bit dry making the whole book seem like one, very long sentence. After awhile I found it increasingly difficult to keep my attention on the book. Overall I'd recommend it, just partake in small doses.

A good book.
This book has a good summary of information. It has many interesting bits that are new to me. It doesn’t have obvious sources. It is well narrated but can begin to feel dry. I enjoy the information, but the warnings start to frustrate me. Overall I have had a positive experience, and the sentiment of the book is well said!

The reader is off putting
I was so excited to listen to this. The reader switching accents is distracting and not even very good. I quit listening after 2 chapters.

enjoyed jt
had a lot of great info. I do wish I got the physical book to follow along with, but that's just my personal preference so I had it to look back on in hand. I'll very likely buy the physical copy of this. really enjoyed it overall though
