Summary

Selma, eine alte Westerwälderin, kann den Tod voraussehen. Immer, wenn ihr im Traum ein Okapi erscheint, stirbt am nächsten Tag jemand im Dorf. Okapis…

Very moving, funny and sad story. Tge children’s perspective reminded me after a long long time what it is like and how it feels to be a child. Reminiscent of Gabriel Garcia Marques’s magical realism. Beautiful story - I cried a little bit, but I also laughed a lot. A true pleasure of a book…
