Ridiculous!
If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?
I really don't know who would enjoy this book!
Would you ever listen to anything by Lynne Graham again?
Not if this is a sample of her story telling.
Would you be willing to try another one of Steven Crossley’s performances?
Not if there is a female protagonist involved.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Virgin on Her Wedding Night?
There were so many discussions between the characters which were over the top and so 'precious' that I would prefer not to have heard any of it. The female character's voice became hysterical at times.
Any additional comments?
The dialogue in this novel was stilted and the narrator didn't help by his tone and the accents he used. I understand how difficult it can be for a male narrator to speak like a female but in this instance the female sounded like a 'very posh' middle aged woman A 'Mrs Bucket!'! I didn't much enjoty listening to the male character's accent either.
