About this listen

Horror at its side-splitting best!

Victor Gischler is a master of the class-act literary spoof, and his work has drawn comparison to that of Douglas Adams, Kurt Vonnegut, and Thomas Pynchon. Now, Gischler turns his attention to werewolves, alchemists, ghosts, witches, and gun-toting Jesuit priests in Vampire a Go-Go, a hilarious romp of spooky, Gothic entertainment. Narrated by a ghost whose spirit is chained to a mysterious castle in Prague, Gischler's latest is full of twists and surprises that will have listeners screaming - and laughing - for more.

Dreadful!!!!

The most appalling narrator I've ever had the misfortune to listen to. No character voices just the same monotone voice for every second of this dreadful book. You have no idea who's talking, no idea of emotion or male or female characters, when people were meant to have accents nothing changed in his voice at all, simply awful!
I very very rarely write reviews and felt I needed to warn people not to buy this. Read the book instead, I think it would be an entertaining read but DO NOT listen to it it's awful!
Please choose your narrators carefully authors - it totally wrecks a book when they get it so so wrong!
