Extremely helpful in navigating friendships today
Ever since I became a mom a little over a year ago I've really been struggling to maintain my current friendships as well as make new ones. I've been desperate to make new mom friends who could relate to me and my situation. I found this book just in time. It has been soooooo helpful in my transition into motherhood because the skills in this book has helped me find my village. It has made me more confident about putting myself out there.
Making friends as an adult is so difficult for several reasons, but this book makes it feel like a very attainable task. This book feels like a friend itself because it's encouraging but also tells you how it is, which is what I love in my friendships. A lot of my friendships have been surface level and I've craved a deeper connection, which this book has helped me to achieve! i definitely recommend giving it a read!

Learn to Make Friends Easily
This audiobook felt genuinely helpful and relatable without being overly preachy. I appreciated how practical the tips were, especially the advice about handling social anxiety and the awkwardness of first conversations. The section on managing friendships through life's changes (like moving or busy schedules) was surprisingly realistic, making it feel authentic rather than idealistic. I also liked the gentle but honest discussion on rejection—something rarely covered in friendship books. Overall, it felt like having a thoughtful conversation with a friend who truly understands the ups and downs of adult friendships.
