this was reassuring and gives something to put focus into that could be helpful but not unhealthy like other naturally driven efforts can be to find out if a partner is cheating. helpful also considering I have autism spectrum disorder

I'm still trying to figure out whether the purpose of this book is to advertise the author's self help "magic" online program. He actually refers to it as magic. Or whether the purpose was actually to provide listeners with the most shallow surface level uneducated casual discussion on psychology. Either of which leaves me wondering if there was actual human effort put into it or if it was written by a badly trained neural network.
