A must-read, but avoid listening!!

So badly recorded, so poor quality, amateur, released without cleaning the mouth/saliva sounds, without editing small mistakes/repeats and with terrible sound-quality music in between chapters/parts. I’ve literally struggled to listen; and admittedly quit at the end of part 2.

It is such an amazing book, GREAT view/ideas! Definitely a ‘must-read’ that I would recommend to everyone. Yet, please do ‘read’ so that you can appreciate the value of the content.

I’d strongly recommend re-recording of the book!

Great book well narrated

This is a great book and well narrated by the author. There are a few areas needing post production review (author repeats themselves in what is clearly a ‘second take’) I found this a bit distracting.

Great book POOR RECORDING

One of the best books I've heard. But you can hear her saliva and swallowing throughout - uncomfortable and disturbing to listen to

Excellent book, editing and chapter voice poor

The book and author narration is superb. Their is so much packed into this book that can benefit anyone. Manager, family, teacher....

The main narration is excellent and the author speaks in a calm composed manner allowing you to soak up the main theme ‘listen’.
Unfortunately after 50% through the editing is poor with repeated sentences etc. The voice that introduces the chapters is awful, extremely old fashioned and irritated through. I almost returned it 1/2 way but the content prevented me from doing so.

Please re edit and please remove the chapter narrator.

Inspirational

So thought provoking with clear steps to put her suggestions into practice. Hearing Nancy's voice makes it even more of a call to action. Excellent book!

A book that soothes the mind and soul.

If there's a more soothing and reassuring voice than Nancy Kline's for an audiobook, I've yet to hear it. Even listening at double speed it still soothed me in ways I didn't expect and not just her voice, the words, her message and mission spoke straight to the heart of everything I care about
I hope everyone will check this book out and create thinking environments in their lives. The stories of real world application were fantastic and Nancy's own journey to this practise is phenomenal.
My only negative is the audio editing. Many recording do-overs were left in and unfortunately were a little distracting. I'm not sure I noticed them in More Time to Think but I'm going to revisit that book soon. If Nancy wants proof listeners in the future, I'm here for it and would be more than happy to take out the recording mistakes for any future version.

Interesting coaching ideas, terrible health advice

It was going so well until she started touting the thinking environment as an alternative to chemotherapy... Chapter 35 is dangerous garbage. Exceptional claims demand exceptional evidence, and Nancy provides none. There are some interesting coaching ideas through the rest of the book; if only she'd stopped at chapter 34.
