Summary

What is mindfulness? 

Simply put, it's here in the present moment. I was introduced to mindfulness meditation at a critical point in my life. It was 1998, and I was 18. I suffered from debilitating panic attacks. They were so bad I thought I was going to die. 

My entire life changed when I learned about mindfulness and meditation. I want to show you what I've learned about mindfulness over the past 20-plus years and introduce you to three easy ways to incorporate it into your life.
