Jane doe

Very interesting listen, the story is well written and the narration is clean and easy to listen to. I was hooked from the start, a nice short performance which can be enjoyed in one sitting.

Mystery deflated

So a young woman wanted a bit of privacy. it's amazing what people consider to be worthy of hours of work.

Beautifully narrated.

One of the best narrator's I've heard on Audible.
Wonderfully written also. All round very good production.

Dangerous assumptions

Could have been an intriguing story, but dangerous assumptions were made (about the absence of abuse, mental illness, etc...) about what might have led to such a dramatic fleeing from everything that she knew, even her own identity and finally her life. I would suggest that if you don’t know, then please have the integrity to say so.
On top of that I found the narrator grating. The saving grace is that it’s short.

Terrible sound levels

Interesting enough story though disappointed not to really get to the heart of the issue. Narration was a little irritating at the start but soon got used to it. Sound levels were the worst aspect - one moment the narrator was shouting, the next you could hardly hear her!

it's ok

the story itself is interesting but the narrator was a bit flat and the writing overly pretentious

Moira Schitt is the narrator

Great story, extremely interesting. Particularly amused by the narrator who sounds a lot like Moira from Schitt’s Creek.
