About this listen
Using the metaphor of the hit film Groundhog Day, Paul Hannam presents his inspiration blueprint for making meaningful changes in your life.
Paul Hannam has developed a programme based on the hidden, underlying road map to freedom found in the film Groundhog Day. Using research-based techniques, you will learn how to take control of your day, remove the blinkers and actually see and experience the real world around you, which will in turn enable you to let go of the past and achieve new levels of success.
You will learn how to focus on and appreciate the things that truly matter - time, security, mental health and authentic happiness - and discover a life of joy and fulfilment rather than just going through the motions.
The story of the film Groundhog Day is used here as a parable for change. This book is aimed at anyone who is sleepwalking through life, is trapped by routine and needs a major wake-up call. No more cruising on autopilot - make every day amazing.

great advice for life
A lovely reminder of how to live a happy and fulfilled life that costs nothing, but has the potential to make our wonderful world an even better place for all to enjoy! :)
There is something in this book for everyone even those who think they act perfectly. We all let our actions slip occasionally and this encourages us to recognise and regroup without prejudice.
Personally, I enjoyed this audio book whilst out walking my dog, which is always a joy, even in the rain, but this makes you enjoy it even more!

A powerful message but a little repetitive.
Well worth a listen, but like many self help books it goes on longer than it needs it. By being overly repetitive it dilutes the power of the message, which is a real shame

One of my best buys
An excellent book, superbly narrated. It's structure allows you to come back to it and refer to it as you please. It will be a favourite for a long while.

Timely
A good listen if you are stuck in a rut, not happy and feel something has to change
