Helpful and Practical
From this audio book I better understood the way in which ADHD impacts women and why exactly it happens. My better understanding has made it easier to deal with ADHD and helped me to overcome the worst effects, in my day to day life it has been more than helpful and I'd recommend this audiobook to anyone who is starting to struggle
