Very interesting!

The title caught my attention out of curiosity. This audiobook serves its purpose of enlightening listeners about dysmorphia and non forgetful steps to snap back into a healthy lifestyle. While I was listening to the audiobook, it reminded me some of the struggles celebrities that I have heard went through. I wonder if they used any of these techniques because they all seem very helpful!
