Definitely hassle-free

The meal plans included in this audiobook are definitely an easy one to follow! As a beginner, I am even more motivated to plan my meals and consider shifting towards healthier habits. It is not too overwhelming at all. I highly recommend this anti-inflammatory diet.

Nice Audiobook!

extremely grateful to the author!

Not only has my mom's general health improved, but her pain has also greatly decreased. We both think this anti-inflammatory strategy is quite effective! I am extremely grateful to the author for this amazing work. That being said, it wasn't a miraculous treatment; in order to have those amazing results, you also need to put in work and patience.
