The Partridge and the Pelican

I really enjoyed this story, especially the focus on female friendship. It was, at times, a little slow but this was made up for by the beautiful writing. It was also pleasing how well the story's strands came together at the end. I do wish we'd heard more about Georgie though! The narration was okay, neither exceptional nor flawed.
