Sound quality is awful

Music is really loud and the speech is really quiet and fuzzy so constantly having to adjust the volume to hear what's being said but not get deafened by the music.

Dreadful

This is an awful recording, dreadful sound quality and weird performances. I can't believe I paid for it and I would like my money back
