Quite a short summary of a profound truth, delivered in a pleasant and touching way, though not for the very beginners....

I enjoyed this and think Thich Nhat Hanh is wonderful however i found myself getting a bit bored listening to the last couple hours of this audio book. There are some brilliant gems and inspiring nuggets within but in my opinion the presentation of this book is a bit lacklustre when compared to books like Eckhart Tolle’s The Power Of Now and A New Earth.
